We recruit, train, and lead a racially, culturally, and generationally diverse cohort of AmeriCorps tutors who will provide high-quality, research-based reading tutoring daily to K-3 students in Philadelphia schools. Manage and develop your club's Personal Training and Membership teams across sales, marketing, and member experience.In October, tutors are placed in a Philadelphia elementary school until the end of May where they tutor pairs of for 30 minutes a day, Monday through Friday, supporting a caseload of 20-22 students.Continuously monitor and drive the club's financial growth targets.Plan and execute offsite marketing and sales events, partnering with other local businesses.Our General Manager role is also supported by a District and Regional leadership team to ensure our GMs and FDs are equipped with the tools they need to deliver incredible services and customer experiences at our club level! Our Fitness Directors have 1-2 direct reports their Membership Counselor team and report to the club's General Manager. Operating with an ‘owner’s mentality,’ our Fitness Director spearheads sales, marketing, strategic planning, and developing the next class of Fitness Directors. The Fitness Director is responsible for the overall performance of the facility and member experience. The Fitness Director position is a critical role to the company’s growth plan.
